Ecclesiastical, a specialist insurance company, is accepting applications for its community impact grant program.
About the Program
Established in 2017, the community grant program is open to all registered Canadian charities that align with Ecclesiastical’s values and deep-rooted commitment to “Greater Giving” — helping people in need and making a measurable impact on Canadian communities.
Ecclesiastical will award grants to charities that offer programs that positively and sustainably impact the community by benefiting youth, vulnerable and under-represented people or by supporting communities’ unique cultural programs.
Special consideration will be given to charities whose programs address the following key areas:
Environmental conservation with a human-centric approach.
Food security, hunger, and poverty related to food access and availability.
Vulnerable youth and families.
Up to CAD 10,000 to 25,000 of Grant Funds to cover program costs and expenses. Consideration will be provided to awarding grants in larger amounts based on program focus and need.
The eligibility criteria include
Organizations must be currently registered charities in Canada as defined by the Canadian Revenue Agency.
